In order to obtain rounded and saturated smoke, it is very important to set the temperature control and maintain this temperature. Too high temperature will has a burnt smell and too low temperature can not release the taste and smoke completely. Secondly, there must be a fast compensation rate. Keys of heating non-burning solution board design
The two cores of the heating non-combustion solution board design are temperature control and temperature correction.
1. Current temperature control technology analysis
For HNB products, stable, continuous and accurate temperature control is the core. The principle of temperature control is mainly to use a precision algorithm to control the temperature of the heating element through a single-chip microcomputer to achieve a constant heating temperature. The requirements for e-cigarettes will be not only accurate temperature output, but also any temperature to be adjusted at any time and continue to work accurately at any temperature. 2.Temperature correction equipment analysis
Due to the current low heating process and low cost requirements, the initial value of the heating element is not consistent. Therefore, the temperature of the heating element must be corrected before leaving the factory by the temperature calibration program to achieve the same heating temperature of all products.
At present, the commonly used temperature correction equipment is infrared thermometers in the market. It is intuitive and easy operated. However it also has some disadvantages. They are:
1.Time to correct temperature is long. Initially it needs about 2 minutes. Now it needs about 50 seconds.
2.It only can correct one e-cigarette equipment one time and can not do in volume.
3.Expensive: The most common equipment costs more than 7,000yuan. And many companies cost 50,000- 60,000yuan to buy it.
